About Me

Welcome! I’m Lindsay (she/her). I am passionate about helping folks discover and attune to all parts of themselves. I have a relational, gentle approach to therapy and value authentic connections built on trust and respect. My approach is based on diverse training and experience, grounded in mindfulness and CBT. I’m continuously open to new ways to grow and find grounding in myself. Through my own therapy, yoga practice, and the healing of nature, I aim to remain compassionate, curious, and true to myself and in the therapeutic process. My goal in our work together is for you to feel fully seen, valued, and supported.

My Approach

Growth stems from curiosity. I believe that in order to become truly curious about your reactions, values, and pattern of behaviors, you must feel safe from judgement from everyone, especially from yourself. Coming primarily from a relational approach, I operate from the understanding that you are the expert of your life, and that in order to pursue deep healing work, a strong, secure relationship with your therapist is required.

I have had the privilege of working in diverse therapeutic environments for those seeking treatment for eating disorders, trauma, mood regulation, anxiety and depression. My background includes several levels of care including work in a Partial Hospitalization Program, non-profit, schools, and a Residential Treatment Center. I have completed an eating disorder training program with Ample and Rooted to enhance my skills and practice. These experiences have supported my personal growth, shifted my perspective, and allowed me to develop into the therapist I am today.
